Urbanspace Builders is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The right candidate will be responsible for managing all sales activities, working with internal teams, meeting sales targets, and helping grow the business by building strong relationships with clients and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute sales activities, including client interactions, lead follow-ups, and conversions
  
• Collaborate closely with the Sales In-charge to align with overall sales strategy
• Attend daily morning performance meetings to review targets and share updates
  
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to track progress and maintain transparency
  
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution
  
• Focus on increasing sales conversion rates and retaining existing customers

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field
  
• Able to communicate clearly and make good deals with clients.
  
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team environment
  
• Any degree qualification
  
• Based in Chennai or willing to relocate
