About Us:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join Urbanspace Builders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring high client engagement, and contributing to business development through strong relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Handling and understanding customer requirements effectively.

• Collaborating closely with the Client, Sales Team, Costing Staff, and Architect Team.

• Attending daily performance meetings with the Sales and Operational Teams.

• Generating client handling and engagement reports.

• Building and maintaining high levels of customer engagement and relationships.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage client expectations effectively.

• Degree in any discipline (Civil Engineering graduates will be given higher preference).

• Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
