Urban Space Builders is a growing residential construction company in Chennai, known for delivering high-quality homes with precision, innovation, and timely execution. We are looking for passionate and hardworking Civil Engineers to join our team at our Medavakkam office.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure quality and timely completion.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain project flow.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of residential construction works.

• Conduct site inspections, material checks, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

• Support project managers in preparing reports, measurements, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• Freshers to 7 years of experience in residential or commercial projects.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site operations.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and site management.

• Good communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
